carrie your a doll :D Did you see your link?

I tell people to shut the f-up and or walk away from them... no matter who they are, unless it is my boss. I am not a very nice person when things go south.

I try to stay the hell away from drama, but some people bring drama on themselves. Like yesterday Christine and I were talking about our plans for traveling this weekend and how we are going with different people to the US then usual. Well our one friend took it personally and centered the reason why we weren't going with the normal people all around herself. Drama for no reason, now thankfully it is Christine that has to deal with the BS and not me. But I like to stay as far away from drama as I can!

Now stress, I need to take out physically, whether playing contact sports (or turning a non contact sport into a contact sport!) or lifting weights. I need to get a heavy bag or something here at home, because apparently punching stuff is the best stress reliever for me!

But these days I live relatively stress free. I have my moments, but it's nothing a beer or two can't take care of!

Stress? I just think about how my life is a short trip down a dark tunnel with no observable light at the end, that seems to make whatever is bothering me at the time seem pretty insignificant.

Otherwise I throw a cordless fone into a wall as hard as I can or smash my desk fone with the handset so that plastic is flying everywhere.

Also, Can I ask where you live dude? It looks kinda like somewhere in my region. Especially your weather talk. It got warm here and is now cold again. But yeah I just wonder if your somewheres around here.

Also your name is not very appropriate. For a demon you sure are one hell of a nice guy.

PS. really I swear I get no robots commenting on my site without this word verification stuff.

Stress: I run, do yoga, smoke, meditate with crystals, and cry.

Drama: I run the other way, but when I have tunnel vision (when I take things personally-- Ha!) I get all riled up and ready to kill! Then I don't deal with the drama very well. I get upset and obsess over the situation, rather than rationally taking a step back and thinking things through. I try to put myself in the other parties' shoes and hope that I can understand where they are coming from. If that doesn't work, I try to talk a/b the situation with the other party. And that's super hard. To keep your cool, that is. I often start to cry and I guess that's why I try to stay out of it in the first place or avoid the violating party afterwards. I'm an emotional roller coaster! I'm just starting to feel comfortable around the anorexic boss again...

Killer hat D23!

Shawn C - yeah, I know that feeling. That "I-need-to-hit-something" feeling. However I believe in pacifism and do my best to behave accordingly and keep control of my yelling. So far I fail more then a congressman that tries having a normal marriage.

Can - I broke my xbox 360 headset after a one too many losses over a dumb video game. After I did it. I thought "what the hell I was thinking?" Then I had to buy another one... I growled through the whole re-buying process. I think I scored 25 on the stupid meter.

Kitten - your a hippie! evil hippies. No not really, I am evil do-nothing-American. My idea of helping out the environment is not throwing my cigs on the ground outside in the yard. I can't smoke in the house.

Tisha - Yeah at times I think we all falter. I know I do. I falter so much that I could build the falt line in a new location because of me. Yet I need to calm for an extended periods...

Laura - I am very resistant to the cold for the most part. It was hella cold that day. My "other parts?" are the last thing to go cold... the man mentality of survival, who needs feet, legs, hands or arms? My weekend is going great :D

Well I finally got to check out the video post since I'm at home. You sound seriously cold.

When I get stressed it's usually about work. So I just ask people, "What would you do?" and then I think about what I want to do, what I think is the safest option to do, and what I think is the best long term thing for me to do. I always go with long term. Usually talking to people helps me figure out what not to do rather than the other way around but it's still helpful.

If it's stress about the relationship then I tell the person why I'm upset and straight up explain why I think they are being an ass. I don't say what I want them to do because then they probably won't do it. I just tell them what behavior I don't like because it really is about the behavior and not who they are as a person most times. Unless I'm directly asked what I would like the person to do - then I'll say. I believe in giving a direct question a direct answer. If talking out the problem doesn't fix the relationship I end it. It is important to me to talk to people and trying to open up communication because I've found that most issues with relationships stem from poor communication which leads to faulty assumptions.
