oohhh...I can't listen to your voice at work. It's a dead give away that I'm not doing work. We have no male employees at my office!
completely off the subject, i just looked to your twitter box and noticed your were dogging on the "evil empire" of starbucks.
This is why I don't think they aren't all that evil: they give health insurance to all employees. Even part timers. I think that is an awesome way to treat your employee and give them that option. That's why I don't mind paying five bucks for a latte...it helps to fund health insurance for other people, specifically the nice barista who is serving me my beloved coffee.
I know this cuz I watched a 60 Minutes article featuring 'bucks...

With regard to blog etiquette, it's pretty much an "anything goes" sort of thing as far as I know. Some people return comments, some don't; some people watch all of the videos and links and crap on peoples' blogs, others don't.

Princess - thank you. I am surprised it was such a success. I was thinking this was going to have lots of talent, and be very direct... then I realized I was involved in the process.

yeah, i think that it is nice to leave a comment on someone's blog if they leave one on yours, BUT the blog world is anything goes
i like to blog. read. watch movies sometimes. cook.
also i like to eat healthy food and do yoga and exercise because they make me feel like i inhabit my body more fully and i know i feel worse when i don't do those things.
you're right about the idea that we do need some kind of stable and lasting support system and that is one of the social motives for long-term companionship... esp. now in a world where people seem more and more distant from eachother.
Carrie - I do not need to be a seen, I already am one. Not sure if it is a lame or "in" scene... but it is one of them.
Healthy food and yoga? okay you can't come over to play anymore... just kidding. Kitten does the same kinda of healthy style living. Me - I will be dead probably in 5 years, who knows.
Now in a world where people seem more and more distant? I think it is always been that way. I know it doesn't seem like it, and most likely everyone that says this is because they feel they have a disconnected with the people and or the world around them.
